Press “Continue” and confirm to the next page
Fill in your info in the “Verify Identity” screen, press “Continue” to the next page
Fill in the “Your Payment Information”, “Your Bank Account Information”, and “Email Confirmation Notifications” sections, press “Continue” to the next page
Fill in the “Electronic Signature”, check the “I accept the Debit Authorization Agreement.”, and press “Submit”
Once payment is submitted, save the receipt for your record
Under “Tax Category”, select “Personal”
Under “Tax Form”, select “Form 1040-ES Estimated Tax”
Under the “Payment Amount”, input the desired amount
Follow the rest of the screens to verify identity and payment information.

Fill in your SSN and last name, press “Continue” to the next screen
Fill in the “Name & Address Information” screen, press “Continue” to the next screen
Under the “Payment Type” screen, select “Estimated Tax Payment (Form 540 - ES)”, press “Continue” to the next screen
Under the “Tax Year” select the current year
Press “Add an estimated tax payment”, input the desired “Payment Amount” and “Payment Date”, press “Continue”
Under the “Is this a joint tax payment?” select Yes if you will file with your spouse, press “Continue” and input your spouse information.
Under the “Is this a joint tax payment?” select No if you won’t file with your spouse, press “Continue” to the next screen
Under the “Bank Information” screen, input your bank’s routing number, account number and account type, press “Continue” to the next screen
Under the “Email & Phone Information” section, input the info, and check the box under the “Payment Authorization”, press “Submit”
Once payment is submitted, save the receipt for your record
